“Este resort está em todos os aspectos no que diz respeito ao serviço. O atendimento de Roger na piscina foi pessoal e profissional; e os funcionários em Luce e Auma também foram maravilhosos. A proporção entre a equipe e o hóspede está de acordo com a experiência de um resort cinco estrelas e superou nossas expectativas. Além disso, a qualidade da comida tem estado acima da média, com exceção do Sunan que precisa de um design de menu mais focado.Dica profissional: para uma família de quatro pessoas, reserve uma suíte king de frente para o mar com 1 quarto e um quarto com duas camas queen de frente para o mar. Esta configuração era muito confortável para 10 noites de estadia.Dica de profissional: tudo incluído não significa gratificações com tudo incluído. Se pretende um serviço excepcional, trate a equipa com generosidade e será muito bem atendido.”

“Resort is equal to or more expensive than many new options in the Cancun. CONS: Housekeeping didn't come at requested time every day and minibar service people repeatedly failed to replace simple items like coffee, drinks in the fridge, etc. and / or I had to call 2 or 3 times to request the same. VERY far from anything conventional, NO Uber, Didi, InDriver, even Cabify AND the hotel has no shuttle. Guests are held hostage to VERY HIGH PRICED TAXIS ($40 flat rate, even for a short trip to the airport). The rooms are new and 'modern', however they are very tasteless (very little decoration) and still have numerous construction debris such as broken handles, debris on top of the shelves, etc. Terrible selection of spirits (the cheapest brands of tequila you can buy, and we're even in Mexico! They don't even have Cointreau, much less Grand Marnier, even after they were promised they'd get Grand Marnier the first night. Duty Free at the Cancun airport had a shelf full of 1 liter bottles.
