“It’s a shame personnel can’t take care of the people who live around the hotel. We were not allowed to go to the bar to have a simple 10 minute coffee!! And don’t get me wrong completely empty. Used to like the place, now... it can burn to a cinder. It doesn’t seem to me like a very good policy.”

“Great service from very helpful staff. Views of Sagrada Familia from the room and rooftop bar were fantastic although the bar was too busy to find a seat while I was there.”
