“It was a decent resort in the area. I have been to a much better one in Cancun. The reason i gave only three stars is due to the fact their customer service. The staff is not well trained to treat customer right. We purchased King bed due to my 1 year old, and they gave us twin bed room and they said they don't have any king available. How the heck they take reservation without a particular room availability? I asked if they can do anything and they said nothing can be done. I went with group of 12 people and we are all vegetarians, it was a hell of a time getting some decent food. Only Bagavante restaurant in next door resort had a decent choice for folks like us. There were couple of individuals screaming at staff that their money was stole which scared us a little, not sure if it was true or not though but be careful!”

“We just had an incredible 5 days here, and the staff really made it the best experience I could imagine. Edgar at the front desk, beach service by Pablo, breakfast with Hector's secret bacon and great sense of humor, and who could forget the fantastic Joseph at Rosmarinus...plus the housekeeping staff who kept our room and the entire resort spotless... Everyone was so helpful and friendly! We loved the food, both at the buffet and the restaurants, and the pool activities kept my niece and nephew busy the whole time. I would love to go back because this was probably one of the best experiences I've had in Cancun.”
