This resort was EVERYTHING!!! We went for 5 days and had a beautiful time. We were greeted with drinks upon arrival, which was great since we had to wait about an hour for our room. Thankfully they had a sitting area, bar, and even had a gift shop all at the resort entrance while we waited. They have plenty of pools, hot tubs, and an even a swim up bar which we loved! Food was superb! So many different options at each restaurant. We literally enjoyed all of it. Room service was on point and available 24 hours, and housekeeping properly maintained our rooms everyday. Staff were so professional and happy to accommodate us and our needs. I also enjoyed watching the dolphins from our room, as they’re right next door, and the resort sits high up since it’s built on a mountain. Perfect location as activities and excursions are in walking distance (right across the street from resort) providing a strip of things to do and shopping locally. 10/10 would recommend and even return again!

You will rarely find a place with such amazing service. From arrival onward, the staff makes each person feel seen and valued. Thanks to Alvaro who guided us to our rooms, Miguel who made us feel special each time we crossed paths, and Gloria and Fernando (and their teammates) who kept us all entertained and energized. The blue skies, immaculate rooms and surroundings, and perfect weather were all simply marvelous. Explore or just stay by the pool...it's all fantastic. I'm so grateful!

The moment we turned the corner in the plane over the ocean to land I knew Cabo was special! The ride to the Sandos was gorgeous. Cabo is so full of life and culture. Pulling in to the resort gives you an amazing view of their waterfall at the entrance. You see buildings that look like they’re carved in to the side of a cliff. It really is something spectacular to see! You’re directly across the street from the Marina, bars, restaurants and shopping. You’re a minute walk to a water taxi and all excursions to go see some beautiful sites. From the moment we arrived our service was amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Over the week we got to know some of the staff. I would love to give a big shout out to Norma, Macbeth and Jesus from the pool bar. They made our trip memorable and were lovely to see every day! Always greeted us with a smile. I’d also like to recognize Alberto and the crew at the Tortuga Bar! They make the best dirty martinis and were always happy to see us. Please tell them Laura from Canada says hello! The sunrise and sunsets light up the buildings around you and make it extra spectacular. The food was great on and off the resort and the cleanliness of it was top notch! My room was always immaculate. I 10000000% recommend (the parties were fun too). If you are looking to book for a wedding I recommend the mountaintop terrace for reception! The wedding planners were amazing as well for my girlfriends special day. Everything was very well executed! Our hair and makeup was also very very well done! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

This place is great if you are looking for a decent and affordable all-inclusive. I will caveat that the food starts to taste the same after 3 nights. There are also tons of great restaurants nearby, which makes it frustrating to know you’ve already purchased food from the hotel. There’s not a ton to do at the resort during the day besides the pool since you can’t swim at the beach. Also, the concierge is a joke and they are just trying to sell timeshares. We would have appreciated someone who actually wanted to help us to find excursions. The night time shows were excellent though! The beach and views were beautiful from the resort! Wine selection is abysmal, definitely don’t drink the wine. The all inclusive wines tasted like they had been open for some time, and the wine list to purchase had a few good options but not very many. We ordered a bottle of wine that was hard to drink and we’re told that if we didn’t want to pay for it, our waiter would have to foot the bill for “not properly telling us about the wine.” I find this policy appalling and we ended up just paying for the wine but not drinking it. The rooms were cleaned everyday, but we sometimes could smell mildew in the bathroom. The beds also need to be vacuumed as there was tons of sand in the mattress. Staff was very friendly and helpful! This would be a great place to stay with a group of people if you’re looking to party. Not the best place to stay if you want to do more than just relax. If you stay here, we recommend checking out the marina which is close by and booking activities like snorkeling and sailing excursions.

We love this place. We will definitely come back! We talked with Minerva who was attentive and helpful. If you come, skip the timeshare presentation at the beginning and don't hesitate to ask about the amenities - food and drink orders at the pool, walking to the swim beach, etc. The hotel is super close to the marina - buy your excursions there! Don't be afraid to check around for the best price. Already looking forward to our next trip!

Ela vai continuar com suas bebidas com um sorriso amigável! Recomendo Sandos Finisterra para férias excelentes. O spa foi excelente, gostei muito da massagem Sandos Special.

The resort is excellent! Great food, service, and accommodations. The entertainment crew - Gloria, Alex & Paola are a lot of fun at the pool. Norma is also wonderful. She will keep your drinks coming with a friendly smile! Highly recommend Sandos Finisterra for a great vacation. The spa was excellent as well, really enjoyed the Sandos Special massage.

Had a issue due the incompetence of the booking agency (Hotels.com), which lasted months without getting resolved. I contacted the resort directly and after I got in touch with Osvaldo, the front desk manager. I was able to get the issue fixed right away. I’m very pleased with their customer service and can’t wait to make it out later this year! Highly recommend booking directly with the resort.

A equipe do resort foi incrivelmente simpática e acolhedora. Os quartos são muito bons, mas você vai querer passar a maior parte do tempo aproveitando o lindo resort. A equipe foi muito diligente em seus esforços COVID, tornando a estadia segura. Não poderia recomendar o resort o suficiente. Pessoal particularmente exemplar havia Norma e Norma que trabalhavam na piscina e no restaurante.

We just returned from our first visit. The resort is located in an ideal spot, as you are extremely close to both the marina and downtown. The resort staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nice, but you will want to spend most of your time taking advantage of the beautiful resort. Staff were very diligent in their COVID efforts, making the stay safe. Couldn’t recommend the resort highly enough. Particularly exemplary staff there were Norma and Norma who worked the pool and restaurant.

Por onde começar ... Amamos este resort e todos os funcionários. Nosso quarto era uma suíte júnior com vista para o mar e a vista era incrível! O quarto era enorme, simples, mas agradável. Dispensador de água conveniente dentro. Há também um frigobar no quarto abastecido com diferentes cervejas, refrigerantes e até chocolate mexicano.Não tínhamos certeza do que esperar do c-19, mas provavelmente era melhor do que teria sido. Temos que desfrutar de todo o resort sem uma multidão. Eles estão reservando até 40% da capacidade, então o resort não estava lotado, ótimo para o distanciamento social e o serviço era ótimo. Eles faziam sua parte com desinfetante para as mãos em todos os lugares, fazendo trabalhos temporários, junto com um monte de outras coisas para manter as coisas higiênicas.Apesar do corte de pessoas que poderiam deixar ficar, não decepcionaram com shows, jogos e atividades. Eles tinham coisas acontecendo o dia todo, todos os dias.Eles têm alguns lugares diferentes para comer e, se for tarde demais, sempre há serviço de quarto. Meus filhos adoraram o café queque. Nelson sempre foi encantador e sabia que meus filhos pediam.Toda a nossa experiência lá foi incrível do resort, a comida, bebidas e funcionários. Alguns dos membros da equipe que cuidavam de nós consistentemente estavam do lado da piscina Norma, Adrian- gerente do restaurante, Fernando-garçom, Valeria- host do restaurante, Nikki-gerente do hotel, Israel- parte da equipe de atividades saiu do seu caminho para as coisas nem mesmo em seu departamento, mas o resto era incrível também. Sempre sorrindo, sempre saiu do seu caminho para encontrar o que quer que você pedisse.Vale a pena, ótima localização, perto da marina. Eu definitivamente voltarei. A melhor parte é que eles não são insistentes quanto ao seu time share. Eles perguntam se você quer fazer e quando dissemos não eles não ficam importunando.

Wonderful experience here! Amazing service, lovely staff, beautiful views, and located in the hub of tourist attractions. A great marina and lots to do! The food leaves a little to be desired but their cleanliness standards in response to the pandemic are wonderful. Can't wait to go back!!

Where to start... We absolutely loved this resort and all the staff. Our room was a junior suite ocean view and the view was amazing! The room was huge, simple but nice. Convenient water dispenser inside. There's also a mini fridge in the room stocked with different beers, sodas and even Mexican chocolate. We weren't really sure what to expect going with c-19 going on but it was probably better than it would have been. We got to enjoy the whole resort without a crowd. They are only booking up to 40% capacity so the resort was not filled with people, great for social distancing and the service was great. They did their part with hand sanitizer everywhere, taking temps, along with a bunch of other things to keep things sanitary. Despite the cut in people they could allow to stay they didn't disappoint with shows, games and activities. They had stuff going on all day everyday. They have a few different places to eat and then if it's too late there's always room service. My kids loved the cupcake cafe. Nelson was always delightful and knew my kids order. Our whole experience there was amazing from the resort, the food, drinks and staff. A few of the staff members who took care of us consistently were Norma- pool side, Adrian- restaurant manager, Fernando-waiter, Valeria- restaurant host, Nikki- hotel manager, Israel- part of the activity crew went out if his way for things not even in his department but the rest were all amazing as well. Always smiling, always went out of their way to find whatever it was you asked for. Well worth the money, great location- close to the marina. I definitely will be coming back. The best part is they are not pushy about their time share. They ask if you want to do it and when we said no they didn't keep pestering.

Además de que es un lugar precioso, quisiera agradecer a Adrián y a Paulina, porque nos organizaron una estadía perfecta. Y a América, por echarnos la mano para poder volvernos clientes frecuentes de Sandos en el futuro.

Belos jardins, excelente equipe. Norma e seu marido cuidaram de nós na piscina todos os dias e foi incrível! Javier também foi excelente. Tivemos alguns problemas com o nosso quarto e eles de bom grado nos mostraram outras opções. Johnny também foi incrível e cuidou de nós. Essas pessoas trabalham tanto e foi triste ver a falta de gorjeta de tantas pessoas. Só porque é tudo incluído, não significa que eles não merecem gorjetas. Portanto, por favor, cuide daqueles que estão cuidando de você especialmente nestes tempos. Voltaremos com certeza e eu normalmente não volto para a mesma propriedade quando visito várias vezes. Obrigado por uma semana incrível!

Beautiful grounds, excellent staff. Norma and her husband took care of us by the pool everyday and were amazing! Javier was excellent as well. We had some issues with our room and they gladly showed us other options. Johnny was amazing as well and took care of us. These people work so hard and it was sad to see the lack of tipping by so many people. Just because it’s all inclusive doesn’t mean they don’t deserve tips. So please take care of those who are taking care of you especially in these times. We will be back for sure and I don’t normally return to the same property when I visit multiple times. Thanks for an amazing week!

Excelente lugar, muy recomendable, intsalaciones hermosas, amplias y limpias. La atención de servicio y los alimentos es muy agradable. El internet falla en la habitación en donde me hospedé y por la ubicación geográfica no se puede ingresar al mar, ya que es abierto.

The resort is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Close proximity to downtown Cabo San Lucas is great, and there are plenty of activities to do around the resort. Good mix of food options for a moderate stay (4-5 days)...after that it might get a little repetitive, but overall a great value. I would likely come back, and I was delighted with our time there.

This is a beautiful resort with great service and staff. We had a wedding for our niece here. Everything is great. I wish they would make sure certain items like salt and pepper were on the table when sitting down to eat breakfast and especially. dinner.(don't like cold food) I'm also not a drinker and it be nice to have easier options. Room service is great and the purified water is fresh. Getting services off property is easy and safe from the lobby. We really enjoyed our stay and the beach wedding service and party fantastic. Me encantó esta divino su atención la vista sus habitaciones, realmente esta espectacular la comida italiana divina..!! El Chef Marcelo es un encanto su comida y su atension...me toco ir en julio temporada de pandemia así que el hotel estaba a un 30% por lo cual toda la atension era para nosotrosenorme y hermoso hotel cuidando hasta el más mínimo detalle en decoración vista por donde tu quiera voltear... el muelle al mar de cortes o al océano Pacífico en verdad esta hermoso todos súper amables accesibles me sentí como en casa.. un hotel súper recomendado. Si no cuentas con agencia de viajes para organizar el vuelo hotel y así te recomiendo la agencia de Price travel.. muy buena la verda.

Mais bonitas, mais convenientes para a cidade, melhores vistas do oceano e da marina -Os funcionários mais amigáveis- muitos que conheço há cerca de 20 anos - AMOR, AMOR, AMOR! - Infelizmente, não sou fã do TUDO Incluído. Quero a opção de gastar US $ 100 por dia onde eu quiser. Adoro comer na cidade e apoiar a comunidade local.

This is a great resort! The location is perfect since you get the marina view and the pacific sea view (non swimmable beach). The hotel is beautiful...it is a combination of many things ... great ambience, the greatest thing is the service from people who work really hard! So many to mention, but Paulina the concierge, who was very attentive and all the waitresses at the restaurants, they go above and beyond! Just one thing...you can not swim at their beach ... the view is breathtaking however you would have to plan to visit other swimmable beaches like Medano just 10 minutes from the resort, you can take an uber is cheaper than a taxi and it is very safe! If you want to see a breathtaking swimmable Beach you can go to Tocolome Beach (last pic of this review)...you would need to take a tour because it is a little further ...it was so worthy! Rooms are fine, comfortable not a luxury unless you are a member but honestly it is fine, hotel very clean and now with the pandemic they are very good at keeping regulations, cleaning, hand sanitizers...so many things to mention. We love love the food at Tortuga Beach and great lattes at cupcakes coffee place. We now want to come back to Sandos but the one at playa del Carmen. We had a wonderful experience ...we felt like the resort was just for us, less people, and awesome people! 👌 Definetely recommended ❤
