I wish if there is 10 stars review What an amazing experience we had in this hotel from all aspects.Let’s start with the location which I believe is the best location in the whole city, anything that will pop up into your mind you google it and it is 10 mins walking distance at most.Then the fascinating staff, I have not enough words to describe how much kindness and hospitality the received us with, the concierge was very helpful also the doorman and everyone working on this hotel in all shifts.Let me conclude with the great and comfortable stay we had in their well designed room.To make the story short,, this experience made my whole trip.

Absolutely an incredible experience. From the second we checked in to check out. The decorof the hotel is beautiful. The Lobby and bar are magnificent as well as the rooms. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, polite, helpful and beyond respectful. Also, the location was perfect. 100 percent would recommend TheIven. Absolutamente una experiencia increíble. Desde el momento en que nos registramos hasta la salida. La decoración del hotel es preciosa. El vestíbulo y el bar son magníficos, al igual que las habitaciones. El personal fue fenomenal. Amable, educado, servicial y más que respetuoso. Además, la ubicación era perfecta. 100 por ciento recomendaría The Iven.

Truly an amazing experience and stay in Lisbon. The staff, front desk and hospitality was on point and and the entire hotel was well operated. Very clean and even pleasant poo-pourri. Highly recommend visiting the beautiful bar, the bartenders were very helpful and the drinks were lit! Great ambiance. Verdaderamente una experiencia increíble y estancia en Lisboa. Outstanding hotel! Feels like it had been here forever but it’s new. Very hip cool vibe. Staff are top notch and very helpful. The bar and bathroom (yes bathroom) are gorgeous and quite a happening place (the bar). Staff at the bar are a bit rude and apparently not going to the same hospitality school the hotel staff are.

This hotel is a real gem! Located in downtown old Lisbon, it is as beautiful as it is convenient. Check-in was a real dream. After coming off a 10-hour travel day, the front desk informed me that my room was ready at 11:30 am! How great was it to take a shower and freshen up upon arrival?? A small issue with my room was seen to quickly. Operations director Antonio Leao was so attentive. I cannot imagine a more hospitable and accommodating manager. The bar at Rocco is not to be missed. If I could rate this hotel at more than 5 stars, I would. ¡Este hotel es una verdadera joya! Ubicado en el centro de la vieja Lisboa, es tan hermoso como conveniente. El check-in fue un verdadero sueño. Después de un día de viaje de 10 horas, ¡la recepción me informó que mi habitación estaba lista a las 11:30 am! ¿Qué tan bueno fue tomar una ducha y refrescarse al llegar? Un pequeño problema con mi habitación fue atendido rápidamente. El director de operaciones, Antonio Leao, fue muy atento. No puedo imaginar un gerente más hospitalario y complaciente. No se puede perder el bar de Rocco. Si pudiera calificar este hotel con más de 5 estrellas, lo haría.

The location is great, but I was not a huge fan of this hotel. My "city view room" was a first floor room that looked directly into the wall of another building. I felt like I was treated as a child compared to guests that were older, maybe they assumed I was not a big spender because of my age. The rooms were nice enough and the beds were comfortable, but the service was off-putting to say the least. La ubicación es excelente, pero no era un gran admirador de este hotel. Mi "habitación con vistas a la ciudad" era una habitación en el primer piso que daba directamente a la pared de otro edificio. Sentí que me trataban como a un niño en comparación con los huéspedes mayores, tal vez asumieron que no gastaba mucho debido a mi edad. Las habitaciones eran lo suficientemente agradables y las camas eran cómodas, pero el servicio fue desagradable por decir lo menos.

Acolhimento de feirantes! Apresento-me no hotel para encontrar hóspedes e sou recebido com hostilidade! Cool rooms and nice decor, although very small — hotel did not honor full Marriott Bonvoy benefits. Many other good options in town, I would avoid this one for the moment.

Excelente hotel num ambiente mágico e tropical que recria e nos transporta às aventuras e locais da grande epopeia de Roberto Ivens em terras africanas. Tive a oportunidade de fazer uma visita guiada a todos os espaços comuns e à suite 601, um quarto maravilhoso com todo o conforto imaginável e recheado de pormenores fantásticos. Um hotel recém inaugurado no centro da cidade de Lisboa com um serviço espectacular.Visitei o Hotel Ivens e ao entrar você se sentiu muito relaxado. O cheiro é bom e a equipe imediatamente cuida de você. Todos foram muito profissionais durante a fase de soft opening e tudo correu bem. Os quartos estão muito bem decorados e têm um aroma agradável. O serviço de abertura de cama até borrifou a cama com perfume. Na minha suíte, eu tinha dois banheiros incríveis com amenidades de banho Jo Malone e muito espaço para roupas.O café da manhã era a la carte devido às restrições do COVID e a escolha que estava incluída na tarifa do B&B era pequena, no entanto, por uma taxa adicional, outros itens estavam disponíveis. A qualidade do café da manhã era muito boa e tudo estava fresco. Eu não gostei que uma escolha tão pequena para o café da manhã estivesse incluída, outros hotéis 5 * oferecem, por exemplo, Ovos Benedict como um item padrão. Un hotel recién inaugurado en el centro de la ciudad de Lisboa con un servicio espectacular.He visitado The Ivens Hotel y al entrar te sentiste muy relajado. El aroma es agradable y el personal se ocupa de ti de inmediato. Todos fueron muy profesionales durante la fase de apertura suave y todo fue bien. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas y tienen un agradable aroma. El servicio de cobertura incluso roció la cama con perfume. En mi suite, tenía dos baños increíbles con amenidades Jo Malone y mucho espacio para ropa.El desayuno era a la carta debido a las restricciones de COVID y la opción que estaba incluida en la tarifa del B&B era pequeña, sin embargo, por un cargo adicional, había otros artículos disponibles. La calidad del desayuno era muy buena y todo estaba fresco. No me gustó que se incluyera una opción tan pequeña para el desayuno, otros hoteles de 5 * ofrecen, p. Ej. Huevos Benedict como artículo estándar. El gimnasio del hotel está ubicado en el sótano y ofrece un equipo realmente básico, como una cinta de correr o una bicicleta elíptica, porque el espacio es limitado. A newly opened hotel in the city center of Lisbon with spectacular service.I have visited The Ivens Hotel and upon entering you felt very relaxed. The scent is nice and the staff immediately takes care of you. Everyone was very professional during the soft opening phase and everything was good. The rooms are very nicely decorated and have a nice scent. The turndown service even sprayed the bed with perfume. In my suite, I had two amazing bathrooms with Jo Malone amenities and a lot of space for clothing.The breakfast was a la carte due to COVID restrictions and the choice that was included in the B&B rate was small, however, for an additional charge, other items were available. The quality of the breakfast was really good and everything was fresh. I didn’t like that such a small choice for breakfast was included, other 5* hotels offer e.g. Eggs Benedict as a standard item. The gym in the hotel is located in the basement offering just really basic equipment like a treadmill or cross-trainer because there was restricted space. I hope they’ll get additional equipment like a TRX to make at least some core exercises. Our concierge had a good knowledge of the area and gave useful advice. He was attentive and remembered everything. The tasks were done very quickly and exceeded my expectations.The night before checking out they left a fragrance pouch I could take, which surprised me. Every detail is thought through in this property. All in all, I was happy and the service was nice to have a memorable stay.

Este hotel é uma visita obrigatória em Lisboa. Tive a sorte de ser um dos primeiros hóspedes a ficar lá e fiquei muito feliz por isso. O serviço é incrível, a decoração e os quartos são lindos, a localização é literalmente A MELHOR de Lisboa, sem falar no delicioso e exclusivo cheiro de jo Malone que se espalha por todo o hotel. Eu ficava encantado de sentir o cheiro toda vez que chegava. Além disso, tomamos café da manhã incluído com a nossa reserva e foi INCRÍVEL! Recomendo a 100% este local, mesmo que seja apenas para experimentar o seu bar ou um dos restaurantes. Grite à Mariana e à equipe por nos fazerem sentir como se estivéssemos em casa durante a nossa estadia! Não vou ficar em nenhum outro lugar na minha próxima visita a Lisboa.

Este hotel es imprescindible en Lisboa. Tuve la suerte de ser uno de los primeros huéspedes en quedarme allí y estaba tan feliz de haberlo hecho. El servicio es increíble, la decoración y las habitaciones son hermosas, la ubicación es literalmente LA MEJOR de Lisboa, sin mencionar el delicioso y exclusivo olor a jo Malone que se esparce por todo el hotel. Estaba encantado de olerlo cada vez que llegaba. Además, teníamos el desayuno incluido con nuestra reserva y ¡fue INCREÍBLE! Recomiendo al 100% este lugar, incluso si es solo para probar su bar o uno de los restaurantes. ¡Grita a Mariana y al equipo por hacernos sentir como en casa durante nuestra estadía! This hotel is a must in Lisbon. I was lucky to be one of the firsts guests to ever stay there and I was so happy I did. The service is incredible, the decor and rooms are beautiful, the location is literally THE BEST in Lisbon, and not to mention the delicious exclusive jo Malone smell that’s sprayed all over the hotel. I was delighted to smell it every time I arrived. Also, we had breakfast included with our reservation and it was AMAZING! I 100% recommend this place, even if it’s just to try out their bar or one of the restaurants. Shout out to Mariana and the team for making us feel like we were at home during our stay! I won’t stay any other place on my next visit to Lisbon.
