“I am a bit generous here. The hotel is nice and the room was very good. Breakfast good maybe lacking some imagination but overall value for money . Reserved a parking spot for my car upon arrival none was provided. The order had been misplaced despite having received a confirmation. The staff did not really help us solve the situation until the rather straightforward dayreceptionist arrived, but by then it was time to check out. Hotel staff overall not so helpful or friendly . I really think the hotel need to work on this to give the customers a better solution. One small example is that no one actually said welcome when we arrived. I think this is maybe a core thing you learn in the service business. Everything with the hotel feel dated and belonging to a hidden era where service was not granted .”

“The location is fantastic, in the heart of the city with many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The National Museum is walking distance and so are the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Paris Street. The hotel and rooms have an old world charm, and very beautiful. However, the arrangement of the beds and furniture made the room a bit congested in some areas. The shower cubicle is very small, but thankfully there is a bath tub. The worst part of the hotel is the breakfast which is absolutely terrible. No variety whatsoever and lacking in taste.”
