A experiência no hotel foi incrível.Apesar de ser um hotel menor, com poucos restaurantes ao se comparar com outros hotéis em cancun, os quartos são enormes, a equipe educada, prestativa, a comida gostosa!

Great experience and a pleasure to stay here. My wife and I would like to specially thank Ruben in the Deck restaurant for outstanding service. Things we really enjoyed: 1. Dinner was phenomenal. Each night was something new and delicious. And the appetizer/dessert bar was perfect on busy nights. 2. Drinks from the bars were well made and delicious. 3. Service was really good overall. The hotel staff work extremely hard and we appreciate that sincerely. Things that we didn’t enjoy as much: 1. Breakfast. Not many quality options. The hot meals were not appetizing. Bread tastes stale. Fruit was great. 2. Guests shouldn’t be allowed to smoke at the pool. It is just gross as we watch their ashes fall into the pool and have kids playing around getting second hand smoke into their lungs. 3. Room choice was not great. The room itself was nice, but the view we got was not a lagoon view. It was a corner building street view. Overall great experience. We most definitely would stay here again and recommend it to a friend. Thank you again.

Fuimos mi novio y yo sabíamos que era un hotel pequeño porque familiares ya habían ido antes pero no sabíamos que tan “pequeño” al principio nos sorprendió un poco pero la verdad nos gustó mucho tiene dos albercas y zona de jacuzzi la primera alberca donde estaba el bar siempre estaba llena pero la de arriba siempre vacía por lo cual no sufrimos con la alberca en absoluto solo si pondría mas camastros en la de arriba y en la de abajo. La comida es buena hay opción a la carta y buffet, pero debo decir que en la playa nos atendió PAUL y nos trato excelente todos los días de nuestra estancia, muy carismático y servicial, hizo nuestra estancia un 10/10. El cuarto era grande y tenía una terraza amplia con vista a la Laguna. Sin duda regresaría en pareja si vas con amigos o niños buscaría una opción más grande.

La atención del hotel es excelente, muy rica la comida, la salida a la playa del hotel es genial. Todo el personal de recepción, bar, restaurante siempre con disposición y una sonrisa. Lo que más nos gustó fueron las actividades lideradas por Víctor, Benjamin y Rodrigo que no hicieron pasar muy buenos ratos y divertirnos.

We had so much fun with Benjamin Rodrigo playing pool volleyball and his dancing is off the chart. Wonderful personality. Jason, Ariel, Jason, Johan, were some of our servers and they took great care of us. This is our second time at Nyx and we had more fun this year than last year and last year was a blast. So that says a lot about this year. The hibachi was great as always. Alejandro really knocked it out the park. We made a few friends this time too and took an excursion. Can't wait to be back and hoping all the same people are still here with their warm smiles and friendly service.

My experience here was amazing! The location is excellent, the resort itself is beautiful, and the staff was so attentive. Victor, and Benjamin, were wonderful with keeping everyone engaged and included in the various activities offered at the resort. They always made a comfortable and fun atmosphere for each activity. :) All workers were very attentive to our needs. This resort will be my first choice the next time I’m in Cancun and I will recommend it to all of my friends!

El Hotel es pequeño, pero la alberca es minúscula e insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes, es incómodo estar en ella. La comida en los restaurantes es buena, aunque el servicio y la actitud de su personal dejan mucho que desear. Les recomendaría mucho tomar varias capacitaciones de atención a clientes.

Passamos uma semana no hotel nyx e foi nossa melhor viagem. O entretenimento do Alejandro, Rodrigo e do Benjamim na piscina foi excelente, bem animados, diversidade de atividades para hóspedes e muito simpáticos. As bebidas que o Gustavo e o Juan do Magic bar fazem sao excelentes, a comida nem se fala. Todos muito simpáticos. A Alejandra da recepção nos ajudou muito. Voltarei com certeza!

O Hotel Nyx é excelente, em todos os sentidos da palavra! Além das acomodações de primeira qualidade, ele oferece diversos opcionais de atividades, principalmente na piscina, é impossível ficar entediado! Alejandro, Rodrigo e Benjamin oferecem uma gama de atividades diferentes para o seu máximo entretenimento. Juan Carlos e Gustavo, os bartenders do Magic Bar nos atendem muitíssimo bem, assim como Alexandra na recepção do Hotel e Victor, que proporciona uma excelente massagem.

El personal del Hotel fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. La cena también ofrece para el régimen allá inclusive comida tipo buffet rica, variada y abundante. Nos dieron una habitación mejor a la que habíamos reservado, con lo cual tuvimos una hermosa vista con balcón al mar caribe. La habitación era muy grande y cómoda, realmente confortable y silenciosa. La playa no es algo estrecha pero de todos modos se disfruta muchísimo.

Muy buena la atención, nos las pasamos súper bien en hotel. Pasamos ratos muy padres. En la alberca hubo muchas actividades muy padres, jugamos volley con los animadores Alejandro, benji y rodrigo. Hotel excelente. Localização 10, estrutura 10, funcionários 10, quartos10, banheiro 10. Ao lado dos melhores shoppings de Cancun, casa de câmbio do outro lado da rua, ponto de ônibus na frente(use e abuse do transporte coletivo U$ 1,00 ou 12 pesos) Ficamos 10 dias nunca usamos táxi. Agradecimento especial aos seguintes colaboradores: Sr Misael - café da manhã (aliás café da manhã maravilhoso) Srta Danna - recepção do café da manhã. Sr Miguel - recepção do hotel. One of the best hotels in Cancun! They were able to accommodate all our needs. We stayed in the master suite and the view was beautiful. It was my boyfriends birthday and they made sure he felt special. If you stay here you must get the all inclusive deals! The food is up to par and the service from all waiters are fabulous. Ask for Juan at the magic bar, he is one of the most genuine people I met there we loved him! And to mention his cocktails are very good. For waiters, Francisco and Johan were helpful and attentive giving great service at all times. Efrain, the bellhop was a very great guy as well, he was very helpful with our luggages and recommendations in where to visit in Cancun. Love the staff here will definitely come again! Very nice and genuine personalities from all these guys. 10/10. Hope to see them again on our next stay.

I had an amazing time in the NYX hotel, they had the best staff who made the whole experience and stay 15 stars!! The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and in the middle of everything! Alejandro, Rodrigo, Benjie and the rest of the entertainment staff always made the activities fun and enjoyable and I went back everyday! There is loads on offer from bracelet making to aqua aerobics but no matter what we did it was always such a laugh. The food and drinks were perfect too, there are multiple places to chose from and you even have such a great choice with all the buffet food! I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more and I would advise anyone coming to Cancun to check this place out.

This was the second time for me and the third time for my boyfriend in this amazing Hotel. We absolutely loved everything about it! We had the room 702, Mastersuite with Ocean view and I can't stop thinking about it. I loved the whole Service team! Special thanks here to Danna and Rene! They were so so funny!What I especially loved this time was the amazing animation trio! Benjamin, Alejandro and Rodrigo, they made this Vacation 100% better, we had so much fun with you guys! Lindo hotel, súper cálido. Muy buena ubicación. Lo mejor, la buena onda de los empleados. No es un hotel especialmente para niños pero los animadores Jordan, Benjamin se las arreglaron para hacerlas pasar una increíble estadía, mis nenas de 9 y 12 años todos los días los esperaban para hacer pulseras, jugar voley, alguna clase de gym o aprender a hacer alguna comida típica. Rodrigo también con su música y bailes. Gustavo, que el barman de la pileta, increíble, siempre atento, muy simpático y los tragos espectaculares. Mis agradecimientos especiales a Jordan, Benjamin y Gustavo por habernos dado una hermosa y divertida estadía.

Passei ótimos dias no hotel nyx Cancun. Os meninos do entretenimento Alejandro, Rodrigo, Benjamin são incríveis e animados. fazemos hidroginástica, jogamos vôlei, competições, músicas, foram dias muito divertidos. Pase tiempo en dos hoteles el Royal Islander y el NYX. En comparación, el servicio de el NYX fue increíble, mucho mejor. Los trabajadores aquí fueron atentos, amables, y detallados en su trabajo a todos los huéspedes, incluyendo a los Mexicanos. No fue la misma situación en el Islander. Aunque el hotel ofrecía menos cositas que el Royal Islander (tenias que pagar extra por el COVID test, no podías sacar tubos para la piscina o equipo para snorkel) el servicio de sus trabajadores hicieron que valiera la pena este hotel.Recibí Increíble servicio de Omar, Herariberto, y Evely de recepción, Maziel y Eduardo en el buffet, y José y Ezequias en la playa. Definitivamente regresaría aquí.También en sus dos picinas el ambiente fue muy agradable. Alejandro, Benjamin, Rodrigo, y el resto del equipo de entretenimiento hicieron todo para que me la pasara bien y disfrutara mi tiempo en Cancún. Me encanto el Aqua Zumba y la música Latina. Más de eso porfavor!

El hotel está muy bien, la atención en recepción fue excelente y muy amable de parte de todas las chicas. La habitación estuvo muy bien, nosotros elegimos la sunset suit y estuvo muy bien el espacio y muy cómoda. La encargada de la limpieza fue Mildred y siempre hizo la limpieza muy temprano y dejaba todo muy lindo, también fue muy amable en los momentos en los que nos la llegamos a encontrar. Le pongo 4/5 porque muchas veces en restaurantes (especialmente en la cena), en el servicio en la playa, la mayoría eran groseros, atendían a los extranjeros antes que a nosotros, mala organización, la comida estaba "meh", solo hubo un mesero que siempre fue amable y atento, su nombre es Francisco y uno que otro más que no alcancé a ver sus nombres (otros dos, uno de playa y otro en la cena) pero de ahí en fuera, todos bastante groseros. El hotel es un poco pequeño pero no hay problema, las actividades a realizar son bastante divertidas y los de entretenimiento son muy animosos. Estuvimos 3 noches en plan de solo desayunos y 5 noches en plan all inclusive y nos obsequiaron una cena en su restaurante Chianti de comida Italiana donde todo estuvo delicioso. Un buen hotel para pasarla en sus vacaciones sin gastar tanto como en otros hoteles. Yo les recomiendo hospedarse en una habitación sin vista al mar porque el precio de una a otra cambia muchísimo y para el tiempo que uno está en la habitación, realmente no conviene. También siempre lleven cambio por si gustan dar alguna propina a las personas que hacen muy bien su trabajo.

This hotel is super cute, it looks like something you would stay at in Greece Clean, updated rooms. The staff was super Friendly!fantastic entertainment crew, Benjamin and jorden were a ton of fun! They had us dancing, playing volleyball and laughing non stop. We were a group of 10 and we all enjoyed the hotel. The water/beach was stunning. The serving staff at the beach was Timely and helpful. Food choices could have been a little better however we made due and did not starve. I would def go back!

Em Qualquer hotel que estiver na orla de Cancún, vai se deparar com eles. Isso é normal por lá. Contudo o serviço é 100% de qualidade. 1 ou 2 €$ ou $ de gorjeta não vai te deixar mais pobre😂.

The hotel is very nice and luxurious. It’s also very reasonably priced and has a great location.There’s a few things I took issue to during my stay…1) Lack of information / MisinformationThe hotel lacks information about its programs. We couldn’t seem to differentiate from what was included and what was not. This is an all inclusive resort (well optional); so guest should never need to guess. When we checked in, we were given a lot of information but nothing in writing.There’s also a lot of things around the hotel with posted hours or details and it turns out that’s not the case.The menus were not accurate as many things were not available. The special is lobster tail but the restaurant is only selling a whole lobster.2) Room Charges / ReceiptsThe hotel needs to implement a guest charging system because guests are expected to have their credit card on them at all times and it’s kinda unreasonable to guests. Especially considering in many cases, we have no reference to what was paid. I collected close to 20 credit card authorization slips with no itemized purchases.In short, this hotel could work to improve guest experience by just providing upfront information in a format that guests could review on-demand.

The hotel is incredible, the location is so close to the massive mall where you can find any entertainment you want. Room service is on top, servant crew is so patient and helping all the time!! People who are responsible for the entertainment bc Benjamin, Rodrigo and Jordan are the cherry on a cake because they bring your mood up without you even realizing it. Everyday they try to come up with new activities to keep people active and engage, absolute fire! I really enjoyed my stay.

Our trip at the hotel nicks Cancun was absolutely breathtaking everyone involved in our journey was the most upfront and honest people we have met in a long time. Benjamin is definitely the life of the party and can get anybody out of their seat. He made it feel like home the most welcoming He definitely needs a raise. Jordan and Rodrigo were also awesome so much fun playing games. An amazing experience. With one of the best stretches of beach in the Hotel Zone of Cancun.

Hotel pequeño, moderno, ideal para parejas. No cuenta con actividades para niños. Tiene salida directa al mar. Una pileta grande y otra area con un triple jacuzzi. La habitación estaba bien, silenciosa; aunque para llegar habia que cruzar todo el hotel, salir a la puerta y reingresar. El desayuno muy variado. El restaurante principal esta ubicado frente al mar, lindo de dia pero por la noche resulta un poco fresco. Dependiendo de la cantidad de noches que te hospedes, te regalan una o dos cenas en sus restaurantes italiano y japonés. En cuanto a la atención en la playa y en el área de la pileta, sentí que era más que nada para los americanos, ya que al resto tardaban mucho en traernos tragos y comida. Esa diferencia no me gustó.

Hotel NYX is a beautiful hotel. We were first in a Standard room (which was spacious and beautiful) but we wanted a balcony. We upgraded to a junior suite and loved it. The hotel’s location is perfect. Right next to a bus stop which you can take to the hotel zone and direct access to the beach. The staff was so kind and welcoming. We had the best stay at Hotel NYX. 100% worth the price and will be back!

Stayed here for a week with a big group of friends, Juan Jose at the Magic Bar went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time we could and made us look forward to our evenings outside (even when it was raining). He made drinks effortlessly and even had a good attitude when we were unsure of what we wanted and would surprise us with something good!! Entertainment throughout the day was good too! Lots of fun activities to join in on!!

The view of the water is beautiful with the private porch our suite offered. The breakfast offers an omelette chef, a spread of fresh fruit, and real Mexican baked goods. Also, you can order the COVID Antigone test right to your room. The only issue is that NYX has club music playing in their lobby until midnight that can be heard throughout the hotel.

Hasta ahorita uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado en la zona hotelera de Cancún. El personal super atento aunque uno que otro medio gruñón... Las habitaciones que dan vista a la laguna están súper amplias, la comida excelente además que puedes ir al restaurante de sushi, tiene dos albercas una pequeña y otra más o menos y la playa ni se diga super bonita y recomendable para niños

Regular, pois a primeira impressão é que fica.Ao fazer check-in de um AP Standard e o maleteiro apenas apontar a direção, sem mexer uma palha, dirigimo-nos a uma escadaria com quatro lances,sem opção de elevador ,com duas malas, uma grande.Ao vislumbrar tal "escaleras",estreita, de quatro lances até chegar ao 632,percebi a enganação,pois mal passaria de lado, a mala maior. Retornamos à recepção e indaguei sobre o tal 632,quando recebi a informação de que além de não ter acesso a elevador, "la habitación no tenia ventanas"!!! " Sin ventanas???!!!""???!!!Portanto, localimpróprio para animais e aves domésticas.!!!ATENÇÃO AUTORIDADES SANITÁRIAS DE CANCÚN!!!Prosseguindo, sem alternativa, fizemos um upgrade de US$90,pagando com uma nota de US $100,quando a recepcionista "casi se olvidò" de devolver troco de US10.Dua seguinte falamos com a gerente Helena que confirmou existir aquele Standard SEM JANELAS!!!NO entanto, achou ABSURDA a atitude do maleteiro,o que considero um ponto positivo.Denominei o acesso à jaula sem ventilação como a PONTE DO ÚLTIMO SUSPIRO (aquela de Veneza, sem glamour)ou então "LAS ESCALERAS DEL INFIERNO "!!!

Todo muy bien. Lo único que el aire acondicionado está súper fuerte en todo el hotel, para mi gusto. Los cócteles del bar...no están muy buenos....son algo malillos... La playa muy chula, y las habitaciones grandes. Lo malo que la nuestra habitación era con vistas al Atardecer, y eso significa, con vistas a la calle...lo que hace que escuches mucho los coches y el tráfico... :(

O hotel é incrível e conta com colaboradores muito humanos, acolhedores. Foi uma semana muito especial e gostaria de registrar meu agradecimento à toda equipe, em especial aos recreadores Rodrigo, Henrique e Diego que deixaram nossos dias ainda mais leves com todas as dinâmicas realizadas e ao nosso querido amigo Juan José, excelente barman do Magic Bar que nos encantou com a sua alegria. Our stay at Hotel NYX was amazing! The amenities and customer service is great and everyone is very attentive. The food is amazing, they serve breakfast from 7am-11am and you have the option to go to three restaurants, an international restaurant (more like Mexican/American food), an Italian restaurant and a Japanese restaurant. Be sure to bring cash to be able to tip your servers. I would 100% stay here again, we had such a great time.

Fantastic from start to finish. The staff are kind and welcoming, they really made our stay great. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the beach and was clean and airy. The AC unit was a little loud, but that gets drowned out by the sounds of the waves coming in, definitely not a big deal. The restaurants feature the same great service as well as a wonderful selection of food and drinks. I can't say enough good things about our stay here.

Food is great every night and it always is different from one night to the other. Service in the beach from Luis is awesome, he’s always there with everything you need and a smile on his face. Eddy and Alberto will make any drink you need and have them ready for you when you don’t know you need one! Gustavo and Sebastian keep the party going at the pool with great games and fun times! 10/10 recommend

We loved our stay except a few issues that I will mention later on. Service and staff were all awesome and great. Very friendly and welcoming. Entertainment was lovely each night. Food was good except we didn't know about the Italian restaurant which we would have definitely tried. Over all service is great specially for the rate we got the vacation for. Our suite was very spacious and clean. The only issues we had were the construction and out-of-service elevator. Elevator was out of service all of the 5 days we were there and our room was on the 4th floor (At least we got free exercise a few times daily). Construction was non-stop in the room above ours and was loud. Luckily we were out most of the day but when we were in the room it was very loud and annoying. Over all, successful trip and would stay there again in the future granted that construction is over
