¡¡¡El hotel es una chulada!! Las instalaciones: muy limpias, cuidan los detalles y se nota. La comida: los restaurantes destacan la comida mexicana, tienen excelente sabor. La cafetería 24/7es la cereza del pastel. Tienen su parte de la playa muy limpia, y cuentan con guardavidas y seguridad en todas las áreas en general. Pero hay algunas razones por las cuales no les doy las 5 1.- El uso excesivo de plástico desechable, me parece íncreible que en pleno 2022 un hotel a pie de playa (y peor aún, de Cancún) no se preocupe por la cantidad de plástico que genera, no quiero ni puedo imaginarme el número de paquetes de vasos que usan y desechan en un solo día. 2.- Es muy sútil comparado con otros destinos nacionales, pero la preferencia al turista extranjero existe. ¿Será que los meseros prefieren la propina en "billete verde"? 3.- Los tacos muy ricos, pero me parece que les hace falta una barra de snacks: nachos, papas, botanas. 4.- Hagan una valoración sobre la gente que realmente quiere y le gusta participar en sus actividades en la piscina, se siente como que te obligan a ser parte. En terminos generales el hotel es una maravilla, vale mucho la pena.

We had such an amazing experience at this hotel since the moment we checked it until the moment we checked out. The absolute highlight of this place is the staff, they are extremely kind and they really take care of you. The food is delicious and varied, the rooms are spacious and clean, the pool and the beach are always being cleaned and organized. This is honestly a perfect place for families, couples, friends, they have activities for everyone. They are extremely accommodating and will go above and beyond to make your stay great. Will be back and will be recommending this hotel to all our friends!

Nos demoramos mucho en elegir el lugar en que iríamos con la fmailia íbamos 7 adultos y 3 bebes de 1-2 y3 años. Fue increíble la experiencia repetiriamos mil veces el restaurante buffet la comida increíble, los bebestibles como tu los elijas a tu pinta mucha variedad de marcas en todo, no se si existía alguien vio porque no se notaba todo literalmente todo incluido, el. Servicio a la habitación, el frigobar lo podías abastecer siempre con cerveza, gaseosas y jugos, los demás restaurantes sin espera, siempre hay alguien atendiendote ya sea en la picina o lobby, los bares impecables no te restringen en nada si deseas por ejemplo un wisky de buena marca a las rocas con la cantidad que tu deseas puedes sin preocupación, la amabilidad impecable y lo mejor para lo niños el candy bar con helados y la cafetería siempre abiertos, los carros de hamburguesas y hot dog, y las habitaciones muy amplias cómodas, impecables y cerca de todo picina, bar, comida una super experiencia.

La estadia de 4 noches en Wyndham Alltra Resort fue maravillosa , el lugar perfecto para disfrutar con la familia unas hermosas vacaciones ; el personal que atiende en cada Restaurant es muy amable , respetuoso y muy servicial y la comida deliciosa , todos los dias tienen platillos diferentes y uno mas rico que el otro , las habitaciones tienen buen espacio y muy limpias , tienen muchas actividades todos los dias y diferentes tanto para ninos como para adultos ; en resumen todo el personal que trabaja en elResort es muy amable y de buen caracter y las instalaciones muy lindas y seguras , lo recomiendo 100%.

Increíble! Lo mejor, su gente. Los restaurantes son buenísimos, el servicio es perfecto, son muy atentos, amables. Lo único a decir es que no es un lugar para relajarse en la piscina para nada, hay siempre animación, música altísima, muchísima gente y todo el tiempo. Los shows de noche son realmente buenos, volveremos seguro! Gracias.

TL;DR really well run hotel. Friendly staff, great service, large clean rooms with balconies, nice beach setup with palm trees, awesome kids club and good food. Check in was smooth, with plenty of staff. Rooms are clean and large. Good beds and all have balconies. The beach is well set up with loungers and palm trees, beach bar and taco hut. Pools are decent. No swim up bar. Kids club is amazing with really friendly staff. There are also kid specific pools with slides and two larger hydro slides. Service is excellent, with drinks served to you while at the pool and beach. Food was a pleasant surprise. The buffet had a wide range and different dinner special each night. The restaurants each served good food. The resort is not too big so easy to get around. Suggestions: 1. More shade umbrellas by the pool and beach. 2. More policing of people reserving chairs (probably solved by 1) Stop reading and book! Note on seaweed (Aug 22) (not in the hotels control). Yes there was sea weed. Probably affected swimming half the time. Some days almost none, others too much to use the beach.

Una bella experiencia habernos hospedado en este complejo. Servicio excelente, personal preparado y amable, instalaciones limpias y en muy buenas condiciones, sin aglomeraciones, cuidando los detalles, disponibilidad en las opciones de alimentación, divertidos shows de entretenimiento. Si lo combinamos con un clima super agradable, resulta en unas vacaciones que recordaremos. Los felicito a los directivos, personal, gerentes, todos fueron amables y atentos. Gracias por todo.

Excelente hotel . Atención muy acogedora. Comida y bebidas súper. La comida es de un nivel superior. Personal completamente amable.Habitación podrían mejorar más. Cama 7/10.hay cajas de seguridad en la habitación. Ideal para familia con niños, hay club kids de 9 a 18hs, las coordinadoras son excelentes . Un show diferente cada noche ( magia, circo, Disney, malabares) de 20 a 21hs y a las 21.30 gente canta en vivo

Good location near downtown. The service and friendliness are 5 star. Mid tier liquor throughout resort. The main bar in the lobby makes the best drinks. Only two medium sized pools that have been pretty packed each day we've went. Your kids will enjoy the slides, though if you have a single child, adults aren't allowed to go with them. Beach front is nice, other than the seaweed which is seasonal. Neat swings at the beach bar. Food has been above par at every restaurant we've tried. The Italian restaurant is the most popular, so you have to get their early, otherwise you risk not making the waiting list. Overall, I would recommend for the price point.

Hotel excelente. Vários restaurantes, cada um em seu tema, lanchonetes 24 horas abertas a modo self-service nos corredores. Bebidas que deixam um pouco a desejar mas vale a pe a experimentar. Possui ofuros, banheiras e massagens também. Muito amplo o hotel e funcionários muito atenciosos. Serviço de bar também nos bangalôs da areia da praia...muito bom! Só ficar atento ao alugar carro pela empresa que fica no hotel pois meu cartão de crédito foi clonado. Do resto foi muito boa a experiência com o hotel.

We had such a wonderful vacation here at the Wyndham Alltra Cancun. I wish I could give the service 10 stars. They're simply phenomenal. Really feels like they care about you. Our room with bunk beds (plus a twin pull out) was perfect for our 3 kids. And the fact that it was a king bed for us was awesome too. The bathroom was a huge shower and that made it easy to wash off all the kids and their sandy bodies. Perfect for wheelchairs and strollers as there are ramps everywhere.

This was my first time at this resort with my family (4 adults and 1 toddler). I have never stayed at a family friendly resort and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed myself. The food is great, very attentive and polite staff, rooms are clean and the general areas of the resort are very clean.The negatives: check in process was longer than any of my other times at an all inclusive resort; the line for the grilled food outside by the pool could get very long; the two pools connect with the lobby and the lobby floors get slippery if you’re wet so you need to be extra careful. I stayed a full week Mon-Mon so I got to see what the hotel offered each day. There are 4 restaurants (healthy food, Mexican, Asian, and Italian) as well as a taco window on the beach, grilled food (hamburgers, chicken and shrimp skewers) by the pool, and taco station by the pool. There is another pool that has a couple slides for toddlers and children ages 5-12. There is also food outside that area too. I will definitely be back with my family and recommend this resort!

Se vc quiser tomar uma agua de coco não vá a esse hotel , eles só tem um coco por família ( os camelôs tem a vontade na praia $5,00 dólares) A praia não é privativa. Se vc quiser um cadeira de praia comsombra chegue bem cedo até as 06:30 no máximo Se vc quiser mais de um abacaxi não vá a esse hotel, eles só tem um por família, Se vc tiver seu quarto molhado o tempo todo se prepare para reclamar muito, tive que reclamar varias vezes para que um funcionário fosse até o quartoverificar quenão era possível ficar ali. Fiquei dois dias com o quarto molhado, depois me transferiram para outro exatamente igual. Se tiver algum casamento no hotel vc verá um hotel em silêncio total.

La única palabra que puedo usar para describir la experiencia en este hotel es ESPECTACULAR!!! Fue un sueño estar ahí. Creo que lo que lo hace más especial es el servicio al cliente, las instalaciones son limpias y muy bonitas. De los restaurantes todos son muy buenos, las hamburguesas, los tacos y la cafetería 24 horas es un hit! I took here a 10-night vacation with my boyfriend and an another couple and we had the best of times. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed was perfectly comfortable. The hotel has 4 restaurants, one of them buffet, with great food. I didn't have my hopes up regarding the quality since I'm a bit picky with food, but there are plenty of options to choose from and everything tasted great. Drinks were also good. The 24/7 cafeteria was a nice plus. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. My only complain would be the check-in time: even with only 4 groups before us, it took longer than an hour. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I don’t even know where to begin. This trip was everything we wanted in our family vacation in more. Each night we would go to our room amazed with the day where had. I’ll begin with check-in, everything was great. Everyone was so welcoming, we arrived to welcome drinks and were in and out. Just like any resort I’m sure they have busy times but the counters were always fully staffed. The amenities and events for the kids blew me away! The kids club I can’t speak highly enough of the entire team and thank them for loving our babies so much and giving them the best vacation. The highlights were the foam party, dream catchers, wax hands & balloon fights. They went above and beyond and the kids LOVED every minute. The kids area as an entire area was loved so much by every kid. The food- all I can say is WOW! My husband and I travel internationally twice a year and typically like an all inclusive, this was the best we’ve ever encountered! And the Italian restaurant was beyond AMAZING! Particularly Alberto as the server, we even went back and requested him as our server. Last, the entertainment was great. Luigi did a get job at hosting every day and evening and really made our days that much more enjoyable. If you are in doubt at all, don’t be! This resort will go above and beyond and is worth your time! We had the best family vacation. We travel as a family of 9, with 3 kids! And I can’t thank them enough for making memories for our kids that will last a lifetime!

Can't wait to return all ready planning next trip. The beach area was awesome clean and the water so clear and blue also not rocky was in the water ever day all day. Many food choices and the alcoholic was great. Staff was very friendly. We did a wine and food tasting Gerry was awesome. He taught us a great deal about wine. Had a ocean front room loved it. I understand Wyndham just bought the resort and will make many changes. I only disliked one thing the AC was so loud I turned the TV up but I'm sure there are aware of it and working on it. I will be returning this year so worth the money.

Paraíso na terra!!! Onde as pessoas colocam a mão no coração qdo falam contigo!!!! ❤ Não existe palavras para descrever mas vou tentar. O resort é maravilhoso!!! A praia é paradisíaca, as bebidas e comidas são deliciosas e abundantes. Chegamos 4 horas antes, mas já fizeram o nosso check-in e liberaram para usufruirmos de tudo, além de emprestarem um ap para tomarmos banho e se trocar. É a segunda vez que vamos pro México e mudamos totalmente nossa percepção, estamos encantados, maravilhados com as melhores férias da nossa vida!!! Gratidão a todos Wyndham Altra Cancun!!! Excelente atendimento. Instalações super confortáveis. Praia privativa com muita segurança (impressionante mesmo!). Porém, a parte culinária e de entretenimento ainda deixa a desejar. Mas o resort é muito bom. Indico e ficaria de novo.

Fomos recebidos com uma cordialidade nunca vista em outros países que visitamos. O carisma dos funcionários desde a limpeza até os serviços de alimentação. Ficamos hospedados no Panamá Jack Resort Cancún e tivemos umaexperiência maravilhosa, desde o rapaz que carregou nossas bagagens, o recepcionista que com muita paciência nos explicou o procedimento do hotel e quando chegamos no quarto ficamos deslumbrados com a sacada que dava direto para o espetacular mar do caribe, de frente a piscina do hotel, com água ligeiramente aquecida proporcionando uma experiência ainda mais relaxante, participamos durante o dia de algumas atividades na piscina organizada pela equipe de entretenimento do resort, sendo que no entorno da piscina garçons passavam oferecendo bebidas (alcoólicas ou não - tudo incluso) isso acontecia tanto na área da piscina quanto na areia da praia em frente ao hotel, que conta com um Openbar dedicado aos hóspedes que estiverem nas cadeiras de praia na sobra das lindas palápas. Mas o melhor foi a noite pois jantamos em um dos restaurantes do hotel, sem dúvida o melhor restaurante que já comemos, trata-se do Viaggio, um restaurante italiano que nos proporcionou uma verdadeira experiência gastronômica, desde a recepcionista Lesli, os garçons Filiberto, Francisco, Gualberto, Raul e Angel, e a comida preparada pelo chef Santiago e sua equipe, que contou com entrada, prato principal e sobremesa, ambos impecáveis e pra mim a melhor parte da nossa estadia foi o restaurante Viaggio sob a gerência da Milca que cuidou para que tudo corresse bem e no último dia da nossa estadia nos preparou uma surpresa escrita em português (vide anexo). Parabéns ao Panamá Jack e a todos do restaurante Viaggio, não vejo a hora de voltar!

Resort beira-mar com uma infraestrutura muito boa e atendimento impecável. Com quatro restaurantes que servem comidas variadas, o resort atende a todos os gostos. Também tem três piscinas, ofurô, sauna, academia, café, lanchonetes. Ou seja, atende muito bem para curtir férias entre amigos ou em família!!!
