“what i liked: location on reforma was very good. room was very nice and comfortable. bathroom has shower and bath, big mirrors everywhere. view was great. juice and coffee is good. gym is great. the staff is friendly and helpful. a lot of security. what i didnt like: the lobby area isnt very socially accommodating. in the room there was no place to store luggage. lighting was dark. service knocked way too many times. food is outrageously priced at least 3x´s more than normal and is average tasting. pool is small, not for swimming, if there are other people its just for standing. if there is a couple in the whirpool, forget it. not totally perfect, had to call about running toilet and holes in the bedding linen, but was fixed right away. would go back.”
