“If I could give a zero I would. This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. The pictures where so beautiful but in real life, it was horrible. We booked a room with a private pool on the beach. The terrace was broken, it was even dangerous to walk on the wooden terrace, the tiles on the pool were broké, the window of the room didn’t close properly, everything was dirty etc. I asked my money back and the laughed in my face. When I asked the manager « so this is a scam » he smiled and said « yes ». Save your money and do not stay at this hotel. We didn’t even felt safe to stay there as the front door had a huge gap in it and the front windows to go to the terrace didn’t want to close.”

“I love this quiet hotel with staff who get to know you. There are NOT 100 people laying on mattresses and being crowded at the beach and hotel! The hotel is quaint quiet and perfect for private space! Rooms are right on the beach with some even with private pools and hot tubs! Travel to parks like Xcaret or downtown PlayaDelCarmen for activities. Beautiful walks! The price is great with simple breakfast included. Easy menu, no crazy buffets. Rustic Clean Quiet. Incredible staff! Thank for the best time ever!!!!”
