“If I could give a zero I would.
This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. The pictures where so beautiful but in real life, it was horrible.
We booked a room with a private pool on the beach. The terrace was broken, it was even dangerous to walk on the wooden terrace, the tiles on the pool were broké, the window of the room didn’t close properly, everything was dirty etc.
I asked my money back and the laughed in my face. When I asked the manager « so this is a scam » he smiled and said « yes ».
Save your money and do not stay at this hotel. We didn’t even felt safe to stay there as the front door had a huge gap in it and the front windows to go to the terrace didn’t want to close.”

“Please do not stay at this hotel as they don't clean it properly. When we arrived into our room the bed sheets had old stains on them and when I looked under the bed sheet and on the mattress there was hair and more stains. I was horrified and right away wanted to leave but they refused to give our money back so we were forced to stay for what we paid for., The lady at the front desk took me to several rooms to pick which one was cleanest but it still wasn't clean. The breakfast was not fresh and the drinks at the bar were expensive so we just went next door to spend our money on food etc. Its a long walk (20nins) to a near by shop to get water or food. The only thing that was nice about the place was the beach but there are plenty of other hotels near that you can have a better stay at.”
