“I definitely do not recommend this hotel at all, there is not hot water, concierge do not perform at all, employees try very hard to please you, however management needs to be trained. Sales team it's pretty aggressive and if you do not buy closer tries one last time but if no sale its made she walk away with an unprofessional and arrogant attitude. I felt sorry for the young woman that introduce us to the sale the closer was rude and nasty with her.. COVID TEST nurse was 1.5 hours late, they gave us so many excuses for his tardiness, until a she shows up.”

“I would give the Explorean a 4.5 star. I did enjoy the ambiance of the hotel. It is small but very relaxing. I enjoyed it was separate from the Fiesta Americana because I came to relax and get away from the noise so it was perfect. They include activities for your stay so that is great because you do not need to spend any additional money on purchasing tours etc. It is not directly on the beach but is super close walk across the Fiesta Americana resort and the beach view and accommodations are great. The showers could be a bit more private especially if you are traveling with friends but not a big deal if you are with a partner. My only issue was the check in process was lengthy and they expected you to decide on activities at the time of arrival. In addition I was bothered by the fact that our hostess was trying to push us to take a presentation to be apart of the Fiesta Americana rewards program.”
