“I would give the Explorean a 4.5 star. I did enjoy the ambiance of the hotel. It is small but very relaxing. I enjoyed it was separate from the Fiesta Americana because I came to relax and get away from the noise so it was perfect. They include activities for your stay so that is great because you do not need to spend any additional money on purchasing tours etc. It is not directly on the beach but is super close walk across the Fiesta Americana resort and the beach view and accommodations are great. The showers could be a bit more private especially if you are traveling with friends but not a big deal if you are with a partner. My only issue was the check in process was lengthy and they expected you to decide on activities at the time of arrival. In addition I was bothered by the fact that our hostess was trying to push us to take a presentation to be apart of the Fiesta Americana rewards program.”

“The Explorean was breathtaking! From the wonderful food, the fantastic customer service and the awesome adventures all of our expectations were met and exceeded! Rueben our tour guide was phenomenal! Darwin our concierge was very friendly and welcoming! Abigail made check in and checkout smooth with her positive attitude! We had so many great interactions with the staff I could write about all day! We will be coming back!”
