“Probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Conveniently located, awesome service and great breakfast buffet. Rooms are great, too. Looking forward to my next stay at Palazzo Caracciolo :)”

“We had a great stay during our 2-day trip to Naples. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the king bed comfortable. We didn’t have any issues with sound from the construction outside, as the rooms are sound proofed and you can close your window. The breakfast buffet is among the best breakfast offerings we’ve seen during our travels in Europe and well worth the price. We didn’t use the spa but the prices seemed fair for what you get.
The only issue we ran into is that the construction outside the hotel causes a lot of traffic and congestion, and partly as a result of that the streets and walkways outside of the hotel are covered in litter. That’s hardly the fault of the hotel, but it will leave you with a bad impression if you’re used to cleaner and less congested streets.”
